Overview
We are casting for a short student capstone filming in late October. We are looking to cast two characters:
Roles
GINA HERNANDEZ (Lead / Supporting)
Age: Early 20s
Ethnicity: Latina
Character Summary: A passionate, fearless journalist and activist whose parents were deported and she fights to get back. Gina is sharp, outspoken, and driven by justice. She’s not reckless, but she refuses to stay silent.
NORMAN LANGFORD (Supporting / Antagonist)
Age: Late 50s to early 60s
Ethnicity: White
Character Summary: The Governor of Missouri, charming, authoritative, and calculating, with strong anti-immigration policies. He would sacrifice anyone, even his son, to protect his image and power.
