Overview
NC DHHS is seeking an Expert Business Integration Analyst to support business process analysis and requirements gathering for various Departmental Information Technology systems within the Medicaid Enterprise. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather requirements for Departmental IT systems within the Medicaid Enterprise. Document communications, minutes, agendas, and presentations for stakeholder groups. Document system documentation, requirements, and release notes. Document status reports, standard operating procedures (SOP), policies and procedures, and CMS documentation related to MMIS Certification. Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical personnel and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment (preferably Agile). Required. Experience translating technical information into clear, concise documents for technical and non-technical audiences. Required. Experience documenting communications, minutes, agendas, and presentations for stakeholder groups. Required. Experience documenting system documentation, requirements, and release notes. Required. Experience documenting status reports, SOPs, policies and procedures, and CMS documentation related to MMIS Certification. Desired. Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Visio. Desired. Experience working in Medicaid, Health IT, or Health Insurance environments. Highly desired. State Government experience. Nice to have. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required.
