This role contributes to the ELSP Division in North America. Responsibilities

Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams to ensure complete case ownership and resolve customer issues. Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate end-to-end handling (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices). Keep customers proactively informed on issue status and address their questions. Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and track sales performance against targets; share insights with management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in customer service. Strong working knowledge of SAP. Proficiency with MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) and MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to excellence, problem-solving, teamwork, customer focus, and professional attitude. Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer responsibilities. Strong time management and organization skills. Benefits and Other Information
