Overview
Assistant Managers assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. This role requires adaptability, self-motivation, and a passion for customer service. The position supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and helps maintain positive crew morale. Training includes on-the-job shadowing with managers on shift. Starting training pay rate is $17.66 to $18.75 per hour dependent on experience for 2025. Transferring managers or candidates with previous Domino’s management or high-volume CSR/late inside experience may range from $18 to $19.25 per hour. Bonusing positions are available, with bonuses based on store goals, cost management, and a minimum of 4 manager shifts per week; bonuses are paid every 4 weeks. Bonus bases vary by position and store bonus pool availability, with multipliers up to 130% based on preset goals. Current bonus bases for Assistant Managers range from $150 to $1,000 per 4-week period; for General Managers, the base is 2-3% of the store’s average weekly sales for the 4-week period. The chief responsibility of an Assistant Manager is to provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. Specific duties include: Counting inventory and supplies nightly Analyzing labor and sales on a continual basis Ensuring facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards Efficient employee supervision Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members Preparing and packaging food products Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment Rotating commissary deliveries Qualifications

Starting wage for all newly hired assistant managers is based on prior experience, typically starting at minimum wage plus $1.00 with raises based on performance reviews by Regional Supervisors, usually in 4-week increments. Top AM pay per hour includes additional bonuses based on store and AM performance, with eligibility rules ranging up to $3.75 over minimum wage and monthly bonuses up to $1,000 per month. Be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum of two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred Be enthusiastic and willing to learn Be able to work with minimal supervision Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams Have strong communication and problem-solving skills Be customer service oriented Be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise Be willing to learn and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed Additional Information
