Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates; communicates effectively with team members; and adapts to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld tech for production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by addressing member needs; assists with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; supports and inspires others to work respectfully and as a team; helps identify and address roadblocks. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy; applies these in daily operations. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizes, communicates progress, and seeks opportunities for improvement; adapts to change and feedback. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications
