Our client, a French group specialising in the design, production and distribution of high‑quality industrial fittings and taps since 1965, is looking for a Sales Manager to develop its market in the Baltic countries (except Lithuania) and Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden).
Mission
Reporting to the Export Director, you will implement the group's commercial strategy across the entire territory assigned to you.
Develop a network of distributors, using your interpersonal skills.
Secure new contracts through your persuasive abilities.
Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to increase the company's turnover.
Increase sector turnover through prospecting activities.
Explore new potential markets and identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in these segments.
Train distributors by organising tailored programmes and providing them with technical knowledge, product updates and sales tools to improve their performance.
Write regular, detailed reports for management on actions taken, successes achieved, obstacles encountered and suggestions for improving the performance and effectiveness of commercial strategies.
Required Profile
At least 3 to 5 years of experience selling equipment for fluid sectors: industry, small jobs, water distribution, agriculture/irrigation.
A passion for sales and distribution.
Experience in the professional plumbing sector.
Fluency in English and Estonian or Latvian or Polish.
