Sales Manager – Baltic & Eastern Europe Region (Energy Storage Solutions)

Responsible for sales and business development of the company’s energy storage products in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), Poland, and surrounding Eastern European countries.

Gain in-depth understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes to identify and expand BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) business opportunities.

Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the region, including EPCs, developers, utilities, and distributors.

Lead project business negotiations, tendering, and contract signing processes.

Collaborate with the headquarters’ solution team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Monitor competitors and market trends, providing regional market analysis and strategic recommendations to the company.

Support customer communication and after-sales coordination during project implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-scale energy storage systems (BESS) or the renewable energy industry.

Proven sales network or customer resources in the Baltic States, Poland, or other Eastern European countries.

Familiar with local energy regulations, power market mechanisms, and project development processes.

Fluent in English with strong business communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills.

Self-motivated, capable of developing new markets independently, and willing to travel internationally.

Chinese language ability is a strong advantage.
