Business Development Coordinator

to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone with a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Salary: 40k to 42k plus comission Responsibilities: Client and Partner Engagement:

Serve as a primary point of contact, building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys. Administrative & Operational Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the team remains organized and on track. Manage the team's email inboxes, promptly responding to and routing communications. Answer phone calls and text messages, addressing inquiries from clients and real estate agents. Maintain team calendars and assist with general office duties. Marketing & Communication:

Create and distribute daily emails for new listings and open house flyers to agents. Support lead generation efforts by collaborating with the marketing department on materials and flyers. Manage and distribute monthly office newsletters. Data & System Management:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate client contact information. Utilize Encompass for data entry and to support the loan process. Pull and create marketing reports as needed. Loan Process Support:

Engage in basic conversations with customers to ensure applications are complete and accurate. Assist with the initial stages of the mortgage process, demonstrating a basic knowledge of mortgage guidelines. Qualifications: Experience:

1+ years of experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry is preferred. A loan officer assistant license is a plus, but not required. Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Familiarity and comfort with social media platforms. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attributes:

A strong commitment to customer service and a proactive, positive attitude. The ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process.
