Epitec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our automotive client's team. As a Project Manager, the candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing projects/programs within various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc. This is a long-term, ongoing contract. W2 only. Top Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams across HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Facilitate efficient collaboration between internal teams and external vendors. Communicate project status and metrics clearly to stakeholders across multiple departments. Ensure timely delivery of project objectives within scope, budget, and resource constraints. Provide insightful analysis and reporting for executive presentations and reviews. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. Act as a subject matter expert in one or more business domains (HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales). Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years in IT and 1 year in Program Management; proven expertise in project management. Project Management, Project Planning, Analytical Thinking, Project Documentation. Bachelor’s Degree Strong organizational and communication skills; customer-focused mindset; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Additional Information
