Technical Program/Project Specialist #1046070

Plan and oversee the execution of technology projects and programs, including enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, and labs. The role may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to ensure teams live by the values and practices of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans and define the scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation across the enterprise.
Drive problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement initiatives through collaboration with IT teams, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate development efforts by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and external technology providers.
Communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams, reinforcing quantitative measurements.
Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.
Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data in clear formats for presentations and reviews.
Identify risks and create risk‑mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
Manage technology product goals and forecasts, collaborating with technical development teams to translate long‑term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap.
Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Skills Preferred
Complex deployment planning, Microsoft Excel, Jira.
End‑to‑end SAP cutover planning and execution, including governance, risk mitigation, mock cutovers, testing coordination, and hyper‑care.
Prior SAP S/4HANA deployment experience and cross‑functional leadership.
Experience Required
Specialist experience: 6 years in IT.
3 years in program management.
Expertise in project management.
Experience Preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, identify dependencies and risks, and coordinate tasks across teams of several hundred people.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree.
