Grain Location Manager
for a location
in Southeast Wisconsin . This role is key to overseeing the daily operations of a grain handling facility, ensuring that the team works efficiently to deliver quality products, maintain grain condition, and serve customers. Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock, while leading and training elevator employees. Managing inbound and outbound grain handling, ensuring daily operations are completed on schedule, and resolving customer issues. Managing invoices, credit card spending, scheduling federal grain inspections, and ensuring proper fumigation and safety training for employees and contractors. Keeping the facility clean and organized. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent or 5 years supervising grain elevator operations. Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a base salary between
$70,000
and
$95,000 , depending on experience, and comes with full benefits, including a 401(k) with match, FSA, and Dependent Care Accounts. Application Process
