Grain Location Manager
Base pay range: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
We are partnering with an expanding grain company to find a
Grain Location Manager
for a location in Southeast Wisconsin. This role is key to overseeing the daily operations of a grain handling facility, ensuring that the team works efficiently to deliver quality products, maintain grain condition, and serve customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock.
Lead and train elevator employees.
Handle inbound and outbound grain operations and keep daily schedules on track.
Resolve customer issues and handle invoices and credit card spending.
Schedule federal grain inspections, ensure proper fumigation and safety training for employees and contractors.
Keep the facility clean and organized.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent or 5 years supervising grain elevator operations.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
