Overview
Callaghan's Best One Tire & Service seeks a Commercial Manager to oversee the Bradenton commercial tire operation, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage the service center efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial tire center to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the commercial tire sector.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize product availability.
Handle all transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.
Successful management of financial and budgetary components.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to lead staff effectively and manage team dynamics.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Other compensation and benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance.
Location & Relocation Bradenton, FL 34208. Relocation before starting work is required.
