Responsibilities • Identify and communicate recruitment goals; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Hire, train, mentor, and recognize associates, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and support Walmart’s mission and values.
• Act with integrity, maintain ethical standards, and model Walmart values.
• Serve customers and members, making decisions based on data insights and balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
• Strive for excellence and continuous improvement through technology and change management.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
For firearm facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For ammunition facilities: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Must attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
