What you'll do
Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; provide customer service; be flexible to work in other areas as needed; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage promptly.
Be an Expert: Understand processes related to quality of various types of produce; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance using digital tools and inventory techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers and guide peers per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics。
Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.
