Opening Property Manager
Location Fairbanks, AK
Pay $30 per hour + Benefits
What You’ll Do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Manage leasing activities including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications
Handle resident relations by responding to inquiries, service requests, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with staff and vendors, ensuring high-quality results and quick turnarounds
Conduct property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal standards
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support accurate financial reporting
Collect rent, post payments, and address delinquencies with professionalism and tact
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations, including Fair Housing and landlord‑tenant laws
Lead retention and renewal efforts to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management (residential or commercial)
Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, and landlord‑tenant laws
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Valid Alaska driver’s license and reliable transportation
