How You’ll Make a Difference As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead all office operations, hire, develop, and manage staff, consult with patients, manage profit and loss, lead daily huddles, and perform additional tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and manage collections to ensure quality care.
Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans to support business goals, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
Prepare and lead daily huddles to level‑set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
A people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
