This team partners with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) across the compute and storage ecosystem to deliver the hardware that powers Meta’s data centers worldwide. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and develop scalable improvements in materials and inventory management processes. Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key KPIs for PO coverage, material availability, and supply performance in collaboration with inventory and planning teams. Execution Agility: Prioritize, pivot, and execute in a fast-paced environment with shifting business priorities and cross-functional dependencies. Qualifications

At least 2–3 years in an operational execution-based role (not analytical-only). Proven experience managing ODMs, MRP, demand/supply balancing, and shortage resolution for IT or compute hardware. Ability to interpret demand/supply and MRP reports and take proactive action to close supply gaps. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and external teams. Experience working across global time zones with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in computer manufacturing, production, or configuration environments. Ability to rapidly learn hardware terminology, component structures, and build processes. Proven track record of driving process improvements and measurable operational performance gains. Top 3 Must-Have Skills
Leadership and ability to manage and influence external supplier/ODM partners. Strong supply chain knowledge across procurement, operations, and materials management. Experience interpreting MRP and supply/demand data and driving supply gaps to closure. What Success Looks Like
