Overview
Senior HR Coordinator - Urgent Need at MillenniumSoft Inc. Location: Tempe, AZ. This is a 3-month contract on W2. Level of Experience: Mid-Level. Employment Type: Contract on W2 (US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT). Total Hours/Week: 40. Schedule: 1st Shift, on-site Monday – Thursday and remote on Friday. Job Responsibilities
Receives and responds to inbound inquiries from client associates regarding matters in the Peripheral Intervention (PI) Sales organization and helps process routing activities in the human capital management system to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for the Americas. Act as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Associate Service Center (ASC) to support interactions from associates via phone and email, including general inquiries, feedback, or incident notification and managing knowledge base responses. Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting; resolve routine to moderate problems independently. Document issues and identify actions to resolve inquiries regarding processes managed by the Americas ASC; direct employees to self-service options as appropriate and teach them to use direct access tools and the knowledge management portal. Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary; execute tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures, including data-entry in Workday or other systems. Build and maintain customer relationships across the operations supported by the Americas ASC. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding for the Sales organization and ensure electronic completion of new associate paperwork in Workday and ADP. Support and participate in strategic HR projects (e.g., report/spreadsheet creation, attraction activities, retention initiatives); maintain physical and digital employment files. Assist the Sr. HR Manager with reports and HR projects (e.g., weekly/monthly retention reports, leadership team reports). Qualifications
Experience with HR policies, benefits, talent acquisition, Workday, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and reporting requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Experience using a case management system and navigating an HRIS/ERP such as Taleo, Workday, or SAP. Ability to resolve routine problems independently, pay close attention to detail, and manage time effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to compose routine written communications independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong multitasking capabilities; occasional overtime may be required. Details
