hands‑on Fabrication Supervisor
to lead a skilled team in their metal fabrication department. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long‑term stability and the chance to guide an established, well‑run operation.

What You’ll Do
Supervise and support a 10-person fabrication team
Operate and oversee metal looms, brake presses, shear presses, and welding stations
Read blueprints and ensure dimensional accuracy for all jobs
Perform and direct MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and forming operations
Maintain production throughput, quality standards, and workplace safety
Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
What You Bring
Prior supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and welding/fabrication skills
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
