Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector. Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies. Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
