What You’ll Do

Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails to generate appointments and build relationships.

Qualify and engage leads by listening to their needs, answering questions, and setting them up with the right salesperson or vehicle.

Research and target potential customers using tools like lead‑generating programs, CRM systems, and other sales intelligence platforms.

Assist in refining outreach strategies, craft compelling messaging, and improve lead generation results.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records for all customer interactions and follow‑ups.

Continuously learn about our inventory, promotions, and the automotive market so you can confidently guide every conversation.
