We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound outreach, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline. Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calling, texting, and email outreach. Research and target potential clients using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales intelligence software). Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, text, and email while using multiple CRM systems. Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and identify potential issues or concerns with the car-buying process. US Work Authorization 18 years or older Customer Service Experience Basic Computer Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions Strong customer relationship management skills Knowledge of the automotive industry; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Dependability and regular attendance Detail-oriented with a focus on people and goal achievement Positive attitude, confidence, and persistence; ability to adapt to challenges Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines Collaborative team player open to feedback and growth
