What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and flexes to the needs of the business.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs; assists with purchasing decisions and handling payments; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Serves as a brand advocate; inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and address roadblocks and training needs.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
