Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative ERP Business Analyst / Scrum Master to lead the implementation of an ERP system across a network of remote manufacturing and distribution facilities. This hybrid role combines business analysis and agile project management, with a strong focus on data mapping, data migration, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP rollouts in complex, multi-site environments and be comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data mapping between legacy systems and the ERP platform
Manage data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Document current and future-state business processes and system configurations
Gather and analyze ERP requirements from stakeholders across remote facilities
Translate requirements into actionable user stories and system specifications
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate ERP implementation timelines and deliverables across distributed teams
Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master on ERP or technology projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across time zones
Experience coordinating across multiple remote sites or facilities
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Acumatica or willingness to learn the platform
Familiarity with system integration, manufacturing workflows, and reporting tools
