No Responsibilities
Lead the development of processes that support student achievement and create pathways to success within the PATH grant initiative. Collaborate with stakeholders and staff to implement program activities and ensure alignment with grant objectives. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR extensive, relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in providing student support and developing community partnerships. Demonstrated success in supporting diverse populations of students/clients. Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. Preferred qualifications
Case management experience Secondary and/or higher education experience Open date and application details
