A Business Development Representative (BDR) at
CATCH Intelligence
role is to help drive new business sales. You will be responsible for developing new businesses while studying and learning the industry. You MUST be organized, motivated and a high achiever with the drive for sales success. We will train, mentor and coach you to succeed with our proven practices. Get into the world of Data Management, Analytics, AI, and Software sales with the ability to move into an outside sales position and run your own territory with unlimited earning potential If you want to be part of a company with high core values, then come join the CATCH Intelligence team. The preferred Candidate: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred A minimum of 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience Educate and engage with customers daily basis, resulting in setting up new business appointments Self-study and research businesses to find multiple contacts within company Tenacious efforts in cold calling to connect with multiple contacts within an organization 60 calls/day minimum prospecting and qualifying leads Set up face to face and remote meetings Ability to organize prospects and capture information and log daily into CRM system Responsible for weekly reporting and tracking of business progress An outstanding ability to listen, learn, gain an understanding of business problems, and consultatively guide the customer to engage with our team Motivated to win and move up in the organization Celebrate success with customers when we help them achieve their personal and professional goals As a CATCH Intelligence Business Development Representative (BDR)
you will set up meetings and appointments with mid to large market businesses through researching, calling into target prospects, following up on all Marketing leads coming in from trade shows, website, webinars, social media posts and other events with a minimum of 60 calls daily. Successful candidates will also be highly organized and work hand in hand with Sales and Marketing to capture pertinent information in our CRM providing proper hand off to outside Solution Advisors.
