Job Will Remain Open Until Filled What You’ll Do

Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute and complete all retail projects. Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics. Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments. Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards. Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative tasks, and coaching to direct reports. What We Offer

Associate’s Degree Preferred. 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple duties with changing deadlines. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities (Position Summary)

The Retail Supervisor (RS) is responsible for achieving and maintaining all Client and Customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. This role works with Business Development Managers, Clients, Store Managers, and various retail personnel to ensure retail business objectives are met. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Business Development: support in-store retail excellence goals, timely new item placement, and completion of retail projects. Client Audits: manage and direct retail personnel, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects. Increase brand representation and effectiveness by maintaining trade and Client relationships and by conducting Client work with appointments. Sales and Merchandising: ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and aligned with schematics. New Items: facilitate placement of new items in all authorized stores. Shelf Standards and Conditions: ensure items meet Client shelf schematic standards. Call Coverage: oversee call coverage through scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports. Budget and Expense Control: manage budgeting and expenses to stay under budget. Administration/Reporting: complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports. Travel and/or Driving

Travel up to 30% is required. Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Field of Study/Area of Experience: 4 years of applicable experience; 2+ years supervisory experience. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: good written and verbal communication, well-organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet), ability to gather data and prepare reports. Environmental & Physical Requirements

Work may be performed in office, field, retail store, or warehouse environments. Requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, long periods of standing, and travel. Safety practices must be followed. EEO / Additional Information
