What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own portions of the product roadmap for Secret Server and associated PAM capabilities

Collaborate with customers and partners to identify their privileged access and credential management challenges

Work with engineering and UX teams to deliver secure PAM workflows, including credential vaulting and session management

Lead and manage Common Criteria certification efforts for Secret Server

Act as a product evangelist, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 2 years of product management experience, preferably in PAM, identity security, or cybersecurity products

Experience with security certifications such as Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, or FedRAMP

Strong technical background or understanding of SaaS and enterprise security architecture

Ability to build consensus across engineering, security, and compliance teams

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Secret Server or other enterprise PAM platforms

Deep empathy for customers and the ability to translate complex security needs into user-focused solutions
