Manage all phases of construction projects – from preconstruction and budgeting through closeout. Lead field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver complex self‑perform civil and mechanical scopes safely, on time, and within budget. Build and maintain client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and inspectors. Forecast cost and schedule performance, track progress, and proactively identify challenges before they impact the project. Foster collaboration, mentorship, and a team‑first culture on every project site. What You Bring
5–10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, ideally involving water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or large‑diameter pipeline work. Proven ability to lead field operations and manage multiple scopes (structural concrete, mechanical, and underground utilities). Strong understanding of budgets, cost controls, and scheduling (Primavera P6 or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills – motivate teams and keep owners informed.
