POSITION PROFILE The responsibility of the Production Print Executive is to be the expert on the full line of production print hardware and solutions within the ACP portfolio. The Production Print Executive is directly responsible for selling the full suite of solutions within ACP's portfolio, including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services, to both Graphic Communications / Commercial Print accounts and Enterprise accounts. The PPE will sell into a predefined account base consisting of medium and large commercial print, direct mail, fulfillment centers, graphic arts accounts, and In-Plant printing facilities. To succeed, the PPE must focus on growing ACP's market share within the assigned geographic territory and vertical markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Prospect for new business opportunities.

Set appointments.

Discover, assess, and validate client needs.

Contribute to achieving production print and professional services revenue goals and objectives.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer production print strategies.

Responsible for pre-sales account opportunity assessment, professional services, and software solution expansion.

Demonstrate customer solution value through proof of concepts.

Design and develop solutions strategies.

Manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts.

Interact with the Implementation Team to advise on resourcing and staffing for implementation plans.

Contribute to developing new techniques, models, and plans to grow the production print business.

Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within the territory.

Assist in maintaining and contributing to individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Stay updated on technological advancements.

Close, negotiate, and implement contracts.

Support trade show setup, customer presentations, and disassembly activities.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred: Technology sales experience.

Strong understanding of the print industry; commercial print experience is an asset.

Attend training to stay current with the latest technology.

Pass certification tests to advance career.

Working knowledge of professional services processes.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Energetic professional comfortable prospecting independently or as part of a team.

Preferred: 4-year college degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field.

2-4 years of relevant production print solution consulting and sales experience.

Strong knowledge of production hardware, services, and solutions.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Willing to travel up to 75% within the market/territory and 10% to national accounts.

Competitive salary with flexible benefits.

Salary range: $100,000-$250,000, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, expenses, benefits, holidays, PTO, trips, and incentives.
