Growing company, looking for dependable employee who is seeking a company home that allows for growth and security. MOT/TTC (Maintenance of Traffic/Temporary Traffic Control) - Foreman/Crew Lead. Work includes, but is not limited to, flagging traffic. Responsibilities

Flag traffic as part of daily duties. Set up safe work zones to control vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Set up signage, cones, barrels, arrow boards, and message boards per FDOT specifications and permit requirements. Safely drive company truck to support the work. Qualifications

FDOT Temporary Traffic Control - Advanced Course Certification (Advanced Temporary Traffic Control Certification). At least 1 year of experience in Traffic Control. Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to pick up and drop off team members before/after work if needed. Willing and able to stand outside for long periods; able to lift 50 pounds safely. Employees may be asked to travel for overnight stays within the State of Florida. Must be willing and able to absorb and understand safety training and follow it to keep yourself, your team, and the general public SAFE. Must pass drug/alcohol testing/screenings; Prime Traffic Control is a drug-free workplace. Must not have any felony convictions in the last 5 years. Schedule & Location

Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: 10-hour shifts; typically 5 ten-hour days with drive time. Work Location: On the road (travel may be required). Overtime pay at 1.5x the hourly rate for hours over 40 per week. Compensation & Perks

Salary: $17.00/hour (straight time – first 40 hours/week). $19.00/hour after 90 days. Per diem: $25/night for overnight stays (hotel arranged by company). Overtime: hourly rate x 1.5 for hours over 40/week. Take-home, company-provided pick-up trucks for Foreman or higher roles available. Company
