Delivery Consultant - AI/ML, WWPS ProServe The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Delivery Consultant you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.

Key responsibilities:

Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs

Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies

Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies

Mentor and share knowledge within the organization through training and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent

3+ years of experience in software development and cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent)

Experience in software development with object-oriented language

3+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine-tuning, and inference)

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Professional level certification

Experience with a wide range of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)

Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python)

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation ranges from $118,200 to $204,300 per year, varying by location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and benefits. This position will remain posted until filled. Applicants should apply via our internal or external career site.
