Delivery Consultant – AI/ML, WWPS ProServe
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models built on AWS tailored to customer needs
Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in software development and cloud‑based solutions (AWS or equivalent)
Experience in software development with an object‑oriented language
3+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine‑tuning, and inference)
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Professional level certification
Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200 per year in our lowest geographic market to $204,300 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including location and experience. This position will remain posted until filled. Applicants should apply via our internal or external career site.
