General Manager Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all daily operations within the venue to ensure smooth and efficient service Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators Lead, train, and develop staff at all levels Oversee guest services and proactively resolve issues, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction Ensure consistent quality of ingredients, food, and beverage preparation in alignment with brand and service standards Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to align with business needs, labor budgets, and guest volume Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance Other duties as assigned General Manager Requirements
Previous experience in food service, nightlife, or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Necessary food and alcohol certifications General Manager Benefits
