Shift Manager – KFC (KBP Foods)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage kitchen and service staff to meet customer expectations.
Maintain operational standards, ensuring quality and safety.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.

Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and stand/walk continuously for entire shifts.

Additional Information Shift Manager compensation is commensurate with skill and experience; specific rates vary by location and other permitted factors.

New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
All other geographic areas not listed: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour
