Our Chanute, KS manufacturing facility is seeking a production foreman to manage our 2nd Shift operations. This role is the first line of shop leadership, responsible for directing the team to execute scheduled work safely, efficiently, and professionally. The foreman will provide expertise, training, and leadership to the team, requiring commitment, communication, and cooperation as the business adapts to changing priorities. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
Preferred Experience:
Heavy manufacturing in waste heat products
Package boiler fabrication experience
Familiarity with FCAW, GMAW, GTAW welding processes
Lifting and rigging of large weldments
Frontline supervision experience
