We are seeking a proactive and systems-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Lead to drive scalable execution across our GTM functions. This role will report to the CEO and will lead efforts in prioritization, visibility, and infrastructure-building across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You’ll operate independently, create clarity amidst ambiguity, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks — building the foundation that enables our team to move faster, smarter, and more cohesively. Ownership, urgency, and systems building is essential to this role. What You’ll Do Execution & Enablement Own onboarding, integrations, customer touchpoints, and CRM processes Create, manage, and refine key sales & customer success presentations Run weekly GTM reporting (sales, marketing, and customer metrics) Prepare customer quotes, agreements, and technical onboarding support Marketing & Brand Ops Own social media, trade show logistics, nurture campaigns, and PR launches Track performance and ROI of marketing initiatives Support inbound and outbound demand generation infrastructure Operational Systems & Infrastructure Build visible, scalable systems that keep cross-functional GTM work on track Bring calm and clarity to chaos — ensuring nothing slips Design repeatable processes that create leverage and reduce rework Who You Are We’re looking for strong operators and focusing on attributes over experience: High Horsepower : You learn fast, think fast, and operate independently Owner Mentality : You follow through without follow-up and make things happen Systems Thinker : You build structures that others can plug into and trust Comfortable with Ambiguity : You create clarity from chaos Data-Driven : You spot trends, track performance, and tell compelling stories with data Coachable and Emotionally Mature : You receive feedback well and adapt quickly Low Ego : You’re focused on impact, not credit Obsessed with Visibility and Transparency : You use systems to move fast with clarity and give transparency across the team Detail-Oriented : You close loops, catch errors, and elevate team output Qualifications 5+ years in an operational, revenue, or GTM leadership role (startup preferred) Proven track record of building systems, managing ambiguity, and driving results Strong written and verbal communication skills; direct, precise, and responsive Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting tools Comfortable using or learning tools like HubSpot, Trello, Looker, SQL, ChatGPT Available to work in-office at least 3 days per week in Redwood City, CA If you’re excited to help us build the future of electronics design and make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
