Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary legal and technical requirements are tracked and fulfilled. Provide regular reporting on project health, compliance status, and milestone achievements. Governance & Risk Management:

Maintain and manage RAID logs to track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. Provide status reports and updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays. Technical Leadership:

Lead efforts to resolve technical gaps in collateral mobilization, working with internal teams to develop solutions that streamline processes and improve system integration. Ensure that all processes adhere to regulatory frameworks and best practices. Delivery & Process Optimization:

Drive project delivery with a focus on optimizing workflows, system integrations, and ensuring smooth operational execution. Take initiative to close any gaps in project deliverables and maintain rigorous oversight of all execution steps. Stakeholder Management:

Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on project objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience:

8+ years of project or program delivery within global banking, with a focus on Treasury, Risk, or Regulatory Affairs. Experience in complex financial institutions or UK-headquartered global banks is highly preferred. Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of collateral management, liquidity management systems, and operational readiness for resolution funding.
