What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and coach direct reports to ensure clarity of goals and professional growth
Unify marketing data across various systems into a single, trusted view for decision-making
Own campaign tracking architecture and ensure accuracy in tracking and attribution
Build dashboards for reporting on spend, performance, and ROI
Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance processes for marketing activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles
Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent
Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor
