Position Overview
An experienced Project Manager is needed to support facility-related projects based in Troy, Michigan. The role involves coordinating project work with other Project Managers and leadership teams. Key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, project planning, and resolving issues. The position is mostly remote, requiring one on‑site day per week.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage activities for facility-focused projects.
Coordinate with other Project Managers to align timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using established frameworks.
Identify and address risks, conflicts, and competing interests.
Prepare and present updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
Support decision‑making by analyzing project data and ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in facilities, healthcare, or large organizations.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Skilled in managing conflicts and balancing competing priorities.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) preferred.
