Responsibilities
Be the on-shift lead, supervising all aspects of the shift and ensuring accurate and timely order completion, high food quality, and excellent customer service.
Complete shift task checklists and oversee tip distribution at the end of shifts.
Help train new staff and implement programs, policies, or products introduced by management.
Attend required staff and team meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
Cross-trained in, or solid understanding of, all restaurant departments.
Comfortable handling large sums of money.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
Ability to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment.
English language proficiency required.
Must be 18+ to apply. 16-17-year-olds may apply for Front of House at Garver location; other positions/locations require 18+.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable identification at Orientation/Day One.
Schedule & Location
Openings typically start 1-2 hours before opening; closings end 1-2 hours after closing. Most shifts include a mix of open, mid, dinner, and closing times.
Availability: State Street or Frances Street locations require at least 1 weekend shift and at least 1 late-night shift (10pm–4am). Garver location requires at least 1 weekend shift.

Part-time ( Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base wage: $14.50/hour plus potential additional $2/hour after 10pm. Typical tips additional $5–$7/hour, bringing total hourly take-home to approximately $19.50–$21.50/hour. Tips paid at end of shift; wages paid biweekly.
