team plays a critical role in supporting customers by ensuring the availability of high-quality spare parts across the entire product lifecycle. This team works closely with

Product Support, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Field Operations . The Opportunity – Demand Product Planner We are seeking a

high-performing, data-driven Demand Product Planner

to take ownership of spare parts planning for multiple product lines. This role is essential in ensuring

optimal inventory levels, demand forecasting accuracy, and seamless part transitions . Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee spare parts planning strategies for

new, mature, and legacy products . Work closely with

supply chain, procurement, and new product introduction (NPI) teams

to ensure the right inventory is positioned globally. Use advanced

statistical forecasting methodologies

to improve demand planning accuracy. Monitor key performance indicators ( fill rates, inventory levels, cost of service ) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct

root cause analysis

on demand variances and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with

engineering and product support

to manage part transitions and ensure optimal spare part availability. Utilize

data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

to develop reports, dashboards, and scenario analysis for decision-making. Work closely with

supply planning and procurement teams

to design strategic supply chain solutions. What We’re Looking For We are open to both experienced professionals and

who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaboration. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Spares planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain experience

in a high-tech manufacturing environment Experience with

SAP, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

translate big data into actionable insights Excellent cross-functional collaboration with

engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams Self-starter with a critical-thinking mindset

and the ability to navigate complex challenges Nice-to-Have: Background in

statistics, probability, or advanced forecasting techniques Experience in

semiconductor, aerospace, or high-tech spare parts planning Knowledge of
