Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr
Position Summary Develop initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives and programs by analyzing data and evaluating key business components.
What You'll Do
Develop initiatives and processes for key business functions, analyze data, identify gaps and opportunities.
Manage process improvement programs, partner with cross‑functional teams, provide guidance and expertise on company policies, practices and procedures.
Manage global projects, identify areas of opportunity, determine procedures and guidelines for advising on executing and documenting organizational practices across multiple countries.
Help develop strategies, processes and best practices through modeling and statistical analyses, benchmarking and continuous education.
Lead the implementation of change initiative projects, develop plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely project management from pilot to implementation.
Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities, develop relationships with stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensure compliance with policies, support Walmart mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership of cross‑functional task forces or projects.
Project Management experience.
Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Supply Chain.
Lean Six Sigma Champion Certification.
