Advocate for product quality and act as an internal champion on behalf of the customer. Responsible for executing key processes in the New and/or Current Product Quality space, such as PQC, GPRP, PPP, VPI, or assessment processes. Lead improvement initiatives related to these processes, people capabilities, processes, and tools. Ensure processes are operational and capable of meeting business needs. Escalate resource gaps and requirements that hinder process operation. Make key process indicators visible to stakeholders and communicate process performance. Lead or sponsor process improvements and define a roadmap for future enhancements. Ensure the process delivers value to customers through effective measures and VOC. Assess process effectiveness and capability, leading improvement work. Ensure users are trained, capable, and have escalation paths for roadblocks. Solve problems systematically using industry-standard methodologies. Lead Quality Process Management to ensure product, process, and service quality. Identify root causes, implement data-based solutions, and prevent recurrence. Lead resolution of customer quality issues and corrective actions. Lead change management and provide guidance for audits. Lead complex APQP activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience and Education
Requires a Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or Science, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience. Experience should include VPI, KPIs, VOC, Quality Management, root cause analysis, nonconforming reports, change management, and APQP. About the company
