Responsible to conduct analysis, prepare reports, and summarize and interpret information for leadership review. Serve as a liaison between business and technical support teams to translate business requirements into workable solutions. Assists in the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support Service processes and tools. Gathers, analyzes, and documents current business practices and needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps. Responsible to monitor critical data, synthesize trends and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership. Prepares reports, evaluations, and other research to support business needs. Serves as a contact with external providers and internal stakeholders. Assists with special projects as assigned. Develops timelines and metrics to meet key deliverables. Assists in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution plan. !*!

Support CARE Quality Business management program integration project Assist in preparation and execution of ISO 9001 audit. Administer Document control in DMS (Document Management System) Perform audit testing to compliance with audit quality standards. Support root cause analysis for Non-Conformance findings Conduct Internal Quality Monitor audit. Governance for CSSNA KMS (knowledge management system) articles Assist with the DUR and UAT of new systems, functionality, workflows, and dashboards. Responsible for providing analytical reporting and case management analysis. Experience Prefer working experience in Contact Centers; Branch Service and Parts support; COM (order management); logistical, planning and Finance. level of relevant professional work experience in Quality control, BI reporting, and project management Experience with internal audit preferred. Education, Certifications Communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate at all levels and functions of the organization and with stakeholders. Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (moderate to advanced level preferred) Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
