Job Description
8+ years managing large Loan IQ implementations at top tier banks Experienced Commercial Lending Technology manager to support a multi-country lending transformation program. The consultant will work with a large technology team along with business and operations stakeholders to implement a global loan accounting platform. Leverage knowledge of business/operations processes in commercial lending to effectively partner with users/process owners; partner with business teams in driving business process digitization and transformation Coordinate technology activities of partner application teams across design, development, and testing phases Coordinate end-to-end testing scheduling, execution, and defect management with partner applications Partner with Program Management team to plan, track, and manage risks for key technology tasks and deliverables Track and manage deliveries of software updates and defect fixes from software vendors Manage IT Change Management processes for software deployments Develop run books and related documents for ITSM/IT operations Extensive experience working on major commercial lending transformation programs at large banks Ability to independently develop technical and functional documentation for Commercial loan processing Experience defining and documenting infrastructure/IT operations process for business applications at large global banks Experience project-managing and program-managing large, complex technology programs, including complex data migrations Deep knowledge of Loan IQ
