Up to $160,000 + Bonus x2 annually A leading General Contractor in NYC is seeking a
Project Manager
to join their growing interiors division, overseeing high-end commercial fit-outs across Manhattan. From corporate HQs to law firms and medical offices, you’ll manage every aspect of delivery from precon to punchlist. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors & internal teams Track schedules, budgets, and quality control Lead and mentor APMs and other junior team members Ensure safety, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a PM in commercial interiors Experience working for a GC on NYC-based projects Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, scheduling & budgeting Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) Why Apply?
