We are looking for a dynamic Social Analytics Manager to join a vibrant team focused on social media analytics and insights in the entertainment industry. This role offers the chance to leverage social listening tools such as Quid, Sprinklr, Wavemetrix, and Meltwater to deliver detailed and actionable reports that influence major content campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Operate social listening platforms to independently run queries and analyze data related to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Manage social research projects focused on television and film marketing campaigns, including measuring sentiment and audience engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and audience teams to set KPIs, create benchmarks, and communicate insights that shape campaign strategies.
Provide strategic social media insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to share best practices and optimize social media initiatives.
Who You Are
Proactive and excellent communicator with a strong interest in the social media landscape.
A savvy analyst familiar with social listening tools and emerging social trends on key platforms.
A collaborative team player passionate about content‑driven environments and social insights.
Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in social media insights or analytics within a content‑heavy or marketing setting.
Experience with social media monitoring tools and campaign evaluation.
