The Project Manager is responsible for leading assigned projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction. This role manages day-to-day project execution, including scope, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining strong client relationships. The Project Manager may oversee smaller or mid-sized projects independently or manage a large project while supporting additional staff augmentation or more minor engagements. Some travel to client sites may be required. The employee will be based out of his/her home office location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Solutions and Business Domain Lead the implementation of solutions aligned with client goals. Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and practices to improve outcomes. Contribute to Origin standards and documentation through lessons learned and project reviews. Maintain a working knowledge of utility business processes and related software solutions. Customer Focus Lead project kickoff meetings and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communications. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating to leadership as appropriate. Ensure scope is well-defined and controlled; document and track change requests. Build strong client relationships, balancing client needs with delivery objectives. Manage project budgets and meet defined targets. Track financials (e.g., hours, costs, and forecasts) and report variances. Support the development of change orders in collaboration with senior leadership or account teams. Resource & Team Management Assign and manage project team tasks; Ensure alignment of roles and responsibilities. Monitor resource utilization and project schedules. Collaborate with team leads to resolve workload conflicts and maintain delivery momentum. Requirements COMPETENCIES

Microsoft Office Suite Specific Expertise with MS Project Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc.) SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads project teams and coordinates assignments. Does not typcially have direct performance management responsibility but may provide feedback on team contributions. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing projects in consulting or related environments. Successful track record of leading software or SaaS implementations, integrations, or product deployments from start to finish. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and change requests. Familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies preferred. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
PMP Designation, Scrum Master, or other project management certification preferred but not required. Other Qualifications
Occasional travel to client sites will be required.
